Winchester Police are looking for a man they are calling The Grinch. The man allegedly committed theft and vandalism in the area.
The so-called Grinch is driving a white colored Buick, and he is wearing a green jacket. The man was captured on camera at the scene of an incident. He also had a female friend in the vehicle.
Police say the man they call the Grinch was also caught on camera in Lynchburg.
