Timothy Mark Gallagher, age 68 of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at Southern Tennessee Regional Medical Center. Tim was born on November 20, 1956, in Panama City, FL, to the late James Dunbar and Katherine Lorraine (Alexander) Gallagher. He retired from Jeld-Wen Window and Doors after forty-two years of service. In his spare time, you could find him fishing at the lake or playing pinball games. He enjoyed spending quiet trips to the beach and quality time spent with family and friends. Tim was a member of Twelve Church and would make a church members day when presenting them with a bouquet of flowers picked from his garden. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his step-children, Dion Ratts and Lacey Blair; and brother, Kevin Gallagher. Tim is survived by his loving wife of twenty five years, Stephanie (Little) Gallagher; stepson – Johsua (Whitney) Ratts; step-grandchildren, Amanda Ratts and Leonard Ratts; step-great-grandchildren, Jesse Grimes Jr. and Alexander Grimes; brother, Patrick (Kathy) Gallagher; sister, Mary Katherine (John) Babb; niece and nephews, Cheryl McCallister, Shane Gallagher, Shawn Greenwood, and Brian Gallagher. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 1:00pm from Twelve Church with a reception to follow.
