St. Andrew's-Sewanee School (SAS) has finalized the sale of a 63-acre parcel of land to Sewanee Mountain Partners, LLC. The property, located across from SAS, will be developed into a thoughtfully designed residential community to alleviate the area’s housing shortage.
The new development will include walking paths, natural water features, and green spaces, providing residents with opportunities to enjoy the natural beauty of the space that backs up to the Mountain Goat Trail.
