A Manchester man has now been charged with murder after an incident on December 12, 2024. Manchester City Police officers responded to Chalet Drive regarding a female victim (name not released) who was found deceased in her home.
Through the investigation of the Manchester City Police Department, with assistance from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations, the Coffee County Sherrif's Department, and Investigators with the District Attorney's Office, it was determined that the domestic partner of the victim, Robert Ourada, age 39, was criminally responsible for the victim's death.
Ourada had been taken into custody before the discovery of the victim on a separate charge of aggravated burglary of a neighbor's home in the early morning hours of December 12th. On Friday, he was charged with first-degree murder.
Ourada remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in Coffee County General Sessions Court on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 9:00 am. Additional charges are possible.
