On Thursday, Grundy County Sheriff’s deputies searched the residence of Jacob Baum on Colony Road. During the search, Baum was found in possession of various types of drugs. Approximately 8 grams of methamphetamines, 80 grams of marijuana, 33 Xanax Pills, 8 Methadone tabs, 44 Amphetamine pills, approximately 2 grams of suspected Cocaine, and 15 loaded firearms were seized.
Three children are living inside the residence. Investigators will include DCS in this investigation. Baum was booked into Grundy County jail for multiple charges, including Child Neglect.
