Franklin County Rebelettes Secure Home Victory Over Giles County, completes Season Sweep

WINCHESTER, TN – The Franklin County Rebelettes delivered an impressive performance on their home court Friday night, defeating Giles County 58-38 in a well-rounded team effort. With contributions from multiple players and a determined defensive presence, the Rebelettes maintained control throughout the contest, securing a significant win in front of their home crowd.


Leading the charge for Franklin County was Gracen Baggett, who posted an outstanding 17 points, showcasing her ability to score efficiently and lead the offensive attack. Nakayjah Holman followed closely behind with 14 points, using her speed and agility to create scoring opportunities.


Several other Rebelettes contributed valuable points to the scoreboard. Hannah Campbell, Kenzie Arnold, and Aahna Carter each added 6 points, providing stability on both ends of the floor. Baylor Russell contributed 5 points, while Sadie Hill and Jaelyn Richie added 2 points apiece to round out Franklin County’s scoring.


Defensively, the Rebelettes applied consistent pressure, forcing turnovers and limiting Giles County’s ability to establish an offensive rhythm. Their dominance on the boards allowed them to control possession and dictate the tempo of the game.


With the win, the Rebelettes improved to 14-12 on the season and 6-2 in district play, further solidifying their position as a strong contender in the district standings
