Special agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Cybercrime & Digital Evidence Unit have arrested a Lincoln County man as part of an ongoing investigation into child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

The investigation began in 2023 following multiple tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding an individual who had uploaded several files containing child sexual abuse material to an online platform. Authorities identified the suspect as 38-year-old Jonathan Kellar.

In October 2024, agents obtained warrants charging Kellar with seven counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Law enforcement located Kellar in Coffee County on Monday and took him into custody. The following day, he was booked into the Lincoln County Jail, where he is currently held with a bond set at $140,000.
