Charlie Lee Morris, Jr., age 94, of Estill Springs, Tennessee, passed away at his residence on Friday, February 14, 2025. Charlie was born on April 7, 1930, in Riverdale, Illinois to the late Charlie and Lola (Brewer) Morris. He loved his family, enjoyed watching UFC fights, and playing Dominos. Charlie was an avid fisherman and was a fixture on the local fishing scene, Charlie was known for his expert knowledge of the lake, his infectious enthusiasm, and the impressive catches he reeled in. He spent countless hours casting his line, sharing his passion with family and friends, and always had a story to tell. Charlie will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, adventure, and a deep appreciation for the simple joys of life. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by, his siblings, John T. Morris, Jay D. Morris, Eddie Joe Morris, Jack Morris, Susie V. Green, Mary M. Sims, and Anna M. Reynolds. He is survived by nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation will be held at Watson Funeral Home on Monday, 17, 2025, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM in the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson Funeral Home.
